Changes to validation when Microsoft subscription is updated

When the number of seats in a Microsoft subscription is reduced, the UI now displays a warning message indicating that the number of active users could be more than the actual number of seats. However, when the number of seats is reduced using the Change subscription details API, the request is validated to ensure that the number of assigned seats is not more than the requested number.

Validation is skipped when the number of seats is increased using the UI or the API.

Feature enablement

This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.
